For about 3 years now, William has been working in the Bistro Point kitchen, helping prepare the food for our chefs.
William told us he wanted to learn how to make cakes and pies, so now every week our Executive Chef, Jose, will be teaching him to make a different cake or pie
We thought this would be a great opportunity to help raise awareness and support for Autism, so we will be donating £1 from each piece of William’s cake or pie to Autism Support Gibraltar.
So when you come and visit us, be sure to have a piece of William’s Cake!
